This article will help you to fix an issue related to the missing job - NewsGator Spotlight Expertise Processing Job 

Resolution

1. Open the solutions folder.
2. Right click on the launcher > Run as Administrator.
3. Open the Sitrion Management Shell.
4. Run Initialize-SocialSitesFeatures.

Validation

1. Navigate to Central Administration > System Settings > Manage farm features
2. You should see both jobs listed:
   • NewsGator Spotlight Job.
   • NewsGator Spotlight Expertise Processing Job.
